How does it work?
|
|
To understand how the stock market works, you have to follow the trends. Weather straight trading or CFD trading. In order to do this, you must have a chart.
Our program, although designed for in particular dividend paying stock, has proved massive winner with Contract For Difference stocks.
A chart for a beginner or a professional trader can be daunting, but when explained it is quite simple really.
Dividend Director has only 4 horizontal and 3 vertical indicators which are preset so no computer or stock market skills required.

3 indicators on the rise = share price is on the rise
This can occur frequently for stocks but by far the most fertile period is when the ex dividend date is looming...
|
RED dotted line - Stop loss indicator set to a percentage of loss tolerance (3% default)
BLUE line - Average price over 14 days
GREEN shading - Moving average on the rise
Here's an example ... The purple line is the actual ex-dividend date and the 3 indicators are clearly on the rise...

THE VERTICAL LINES
|
|
Purple Line - ex dividend date - the share will often rise leading up to it and fall on the day.
Black Line - Actual day cheque is sent to shareholders - potentially positive if reinvestment is occuring.
Orange Line - 45 days from ex dividend and time by law shareholders must hold stock to qualify for franked percentage prepaid tax benefit. This generally shows a downward movement for a stock.
